FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PROTECT 30MS is a liquid agent for maintaining metal surfaces, particularly of stationary and mobile concrete mixers, and protect them against the sticking of mortar and concrete.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PROTECT 30MS prevents the sticking of cement paste on metal surfaces because it can absorb high pressure forces. Due to its excellent creeping abilities, PROTECT 30MS displaces the water from the cracks in the surface.

PROTECT 30MS contains corrosion inhibiting additives which allow protection of metal surfaces from corrosion.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Depending on the surface structure and its absorbing abilities the necessary amount is approx. 30 g/m² and has to be determined in each individual case.
